goodbye october, here come the holidays

wow... halloween came & went in a flash. seems days just keep getting busier and busier. so here's a quick breather post of my kiddies during the excitement of the harvest & spookiness.

i am a bit of an arachnophobia when it comes to spiders... but i couldn't resist capturing this huge spider in the backyard with my very large zoom lens from a safe 20' away. i am hoping it made it's way back home to one of my neigbor's yards and thank him for the short visit :) he kind of fit this post don't ya think. i captured the butterfly shot on the same day but a different bush. both so beautiful.

well off to work- lots to do. enjoy the crispness in the air.
